Human Resources Generalist

We are currently searching for an experienced, enthusiastic, and strategic HR Generalist for a well-establish, growing company! You will be challenged to push boundaries, partner with senior leaders, and develop a one-of-a-kind hospitality experience. A big part of your day-to-day will involve coaching and consulting managers on how to build an unparalleled culture and truly bring our purpose and core values to life.

HR Generalist Job Responsibilities:

• Provide personnel policy and procedure guidance to employees and management.
• Create and distribute internal communications regarding status changes, benefits, or company policies.
• Assist with processing payroll information
• Supporting managers in the recruitment and hiring of staff.
• Administer new employee onboarding and orientation.
• Monitors the completion of performance reviews and merit increases
• Maintain employee personnel records.

HR Generalist Qualifications:

• Associates or Bachelors degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources
• Experience with Payroll and Microsoft Office
• Great Communication Skills
• Employee Screening and Benefits Administration Experience

HR Generalist Benefits:

• Base Salary of $45,000 to $60,000, based on experience
• Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance
• 401k
• Vacation
