Job Summary
Are you passionate about nostalgia, sustainable fashion, and creating a unique shopping experience? We are seeking a high-energy Store Manager for a premier destination for treasure hunting and sustainable fashion, with a drink in hand! As the Store Manager, you will play a pivotal role in curating an exceptional vintage shopping experience, overseeing the operations of our store, both retail and bar, while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Create an inviting and engaging atmosphere for customers, promoting the brand's values and unique offerings.
- Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff members.
- Implement effective loss prevention measures and maintain a secure store environment.
- Analyze sales performance, set sales targets, and develop strategies to achieve and exceed them.
- Stay updated on industry trends, vintage fashion, and retro gaming to provide expert knowledge and guidance to customers.
Benefits:
- Base salary of $50-$55k DOE
- $1,200 per month additional bonus potential

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail or hospitality management role, preferably in a vintage or fashion-related environment.
- Familiarity with bartending practices a plus
- Passion for vintage fashion, retro gaming, and sustainable fashion practices.
- Start-up mentality
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
