Director Of Sales Requirements:

  • You must have 5 + years of proven experience as a luxury community Director Of Sales or experience in high-end assisted living.
  • You must be full of initiative and demonstrate the drive to lead your team in delivering first-class member experiences.
  • You genuinely care for people and display your passion for helping and guiding them day in and day out.
  • You are an inspiring and empowering leader with hospitality and excellence as integral parts of your DNA.
  • You are intuitive and make genuine connections with individuals.
  • You display fluid and innovative business acumen and can speak effectively and from experience to our high-level members.
  • Ultimately, you are sales and revenue driven. You’re constantly willing to learn and grow in order to drive sales forward.
  • You love working with the sales team and love the impact you have on them.
