Job Summary

Our client is seeking an experienced corporate event planner to join their team! The ideal person will have experience planning and managing large-scale corporate meetings and events. and will be able to travel when required. This is a detail-oriented job with a lot of moving parts. Approximately 15% of the role requires administrative assistance. This role is hybrid remote.

Corporate Event Planner Responsibilities:

Plan and manage corporate events, meetings, sponsor appreciation dinners, symposiums

Maintain budget and expenses

Communicate with sponsors, vendors, and the like regarding contract negotiations, work expectations and more

Spearhead the print materials, name tag lanyards, gifts, mail outs, decor and all event swag / marketing

Administrative duties as assigned (small percentage of the role)

Corporate Event Planner Qualifications:

Must be willing and able to travel to corporate events, and be willing to work outside of normal work hours

Knowledge of MS Office and Google Suite

Bachelor's degree from accredited university or college preferred

Must be able to juggle ever-changing priorities without losing focus

Be willing to work in the office a few days per week
