Restaurant Assistant General Manager

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic team for the grand opening of a new, exciting casual Mexican cuisine restaurant. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Support General Manager in effectively managing all aspects of the restaurant's operations to drive success and profitability.
• Deliver exceptional customer service that goes above and beyond to create a memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Lead by example by training, supervising, and motivating all restaurant staff to achieve optimal levels of productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Foster a collaborative working environment with the culinary team to ensure that food quality and presentation consistently meet or exceed company standards.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and healthy dining environment for guests and staff alike.

Assistant General Manager Requirements:

• Expertise in bar inventory with proficiency in handling stock and maintaining inventory levels.
• Willingness to work shoulder to shoulder with the staff during peak business times to ensure smooth operations
• Minimum of 2 years as an Assistant General Manager with a proven track record of success.
• Possesses a positive attitude and remains calm under pressure during the busiest shifts.
