Upscale Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements: 

  • 3-5 years of AGM experience in a full-service, upscale dining environment 
  • Exposure to sales volumes of up to 8 million per year
  • Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-drive
  • Professional image & demeanor
