The AGM is responsible to the assist the GM with the company's day-to-day operations in an extremely popular high-volume venue. Upscale Restaurant Assistant General Manager Requirements:
- 3-5 years of AGM experience in a full-service, upscale dining environment
- Exposure to sales volumes of up to 8 million per year
- Exceptionally service-oriented and hospitality-drive
- Professional image & demeanor

- Highly skilled in team leadership and development
- Ability to lead, motivate and empower employees
- Ability to set goals, create plans, and take the correct actions
