We are hiring Restaurant Managers to join our scratch-kitchen full-service polished-casual dining restaurant concept! We have eight locations and growing…if you are a quality-driven restaurant manager join our team of restaurant professionals, serving great food and amazing service in a high-energy restaurant setting, led by a team of amazing staff members! Restaurant Manager Sophisticated Casual Benefits and Compensation:

• $75,000 to $85,000

Restaurant Manager Sophisticated Casual Responsibilities:

• Accountable for ensuring the assigned area of responsibility is meeting the expectation
• Setting clear priorities for your team and driving execution to achieve desired results
• Ensure each staff member is performing their duties and meeting expectations of their job responsibilities
• Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the entire restaurant team through people development and coaching best practices

Restaurant Manager Restaurant Manager Sophisticated Casual Qualifications:

• Three years+ of full-service management experience
• Most recent background experience preferred in polished casual dining
• Experienced with leading food handling compliance, and COVID-19 CDC guidelines
• Hands-on when required and able to multi-task within restaurant operations
• Team building and a spirit of collaboration management style
• Wine and Spirits knowledge is highly preferred
