Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager Responsibilities:
- Setting clear priorities for your team and driving execution to achieve desired results
- Ensure each staff member is performing their duties and meeting expectations of their job responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the kitchen team through people development and coaching best practices
- Insuring all recipes, processes, and procedures are being followed
Restaurant Assistant Kitchen Manager Qualifications:
- 2-years+ of full-service kitchen management experience
- Most recent background experience preferred in the scratch kitchen within casual dining
- Hands-on when required and able to multi-task within kitchen operations
- Team building and a spirit of collaboration management style
- The ability to relocate is a plus
