We are currently seeking an experienced fast-casual Restaurant General Manager with a passion for training and developing people to join our team. If you are a hands-on leader with a commitment to fresh food, the guest experience, and your team we want to talk to you
Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain a High Level of Guest Satisfaction
- Lead team with a Hands-on work leadership style
- Demonstrate a "Run it like you own it" Attitude
- Be the face of the restaurant in the community
Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years GM experience in a fast-casual, fast-food, or full-service restaurant
- The ability to assist by working shoulder-to-shoulder with the team
- Superior guest service skills
- A clear leadership style
- People Person – Hire -Train – Motivate – Build a Team
