Job Summary

We are seeking Customer Experience Sales Assistants to join our sustainable jewelry company at our new location in King of Prussia! In this role, you will focus on assisting and selling to our walk-in customers, scheduling appointments, and ensuring guests have a memorable experience in our showroom.

Retail Sales Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Creating memorable and personalized experiences for each customer.
  • Manage a high volume of walk-in appointments and guide customers to purchase by providing a friendly, yet luxurious experience.
  • Utilize sales strategies and problem-solving techniques
  • Demonstrate product knowledge as it pertains to our unique concept
  • Maintain the appearance of the showroom, ensuring pristine conditions.

Retail Sales Assistant Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in a luxury retail or hospitality environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Experience with an ERP or CRM system is a huge plus
  • Passion for socially and environmentally friendly products
  • A firm believer in teamwork and collaboration
  • Clear and concise communication style
  • Strong attention to detail skillset, and process-oriented
