Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Assist in training and developing staff
  • Build rapport with repeat and first-time guests
  • Create a memorable experience for all of our guests
  • Bubbly, positive, and fun personality
  • High energy and motivation to excel
  • Desire to be on the floor-we are not looking for office managers!

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience with guests
  • Strong leadership qualities
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong P&L knowledge – bar and food cost

Restaurant Manager Benefits:

  • 50-55 hours/week
  • Obtainable bonus structure 
  • PTO (1 week after 6 months – 2 weeks after a year – 3 weeks after 5 years)
