Job Summary

We are seeking a Showroom Coordinator to join our luxury, sustainable jewelry company at our brand-new location in King of Prussia! In this role, you will serve as the face of the company while connecting with customers, ensuring the most personalized experience when visiting our showrooms, as well as supporting operational needs.

Showroom Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Acknowledge and welcome guests into our showroom with enthusiasm and professionalism. 
  • Manage the ordering & receiving process from our headquarters, reflect accurate inventory within our computer system, and fulfill/package customer orders.
  • Uphold a pristine, organized, and welcoming environment for guests. Including setting up and breaking down the showroom, refreshing the waiting room, and maintaining showroom temperature, music volume, etc.
  • Handle and set up appointments for jewelry pick-ups, resizing, and repairs.
  • Assist walk-in customers by matching them with an available sales consultant, or scheduling them for a later appointment.
  • Skillfully enforce policies in the waiting room to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Showroom Coordinator Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience working in a high-volume luxury retail or hospitality environment
  • Possess a genuine passion to connect with customers, problem-solve, and create a positive impact on each guest interaction
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Must be a team player and enjoy collaboration across all departments
  • Highly organized and tech-savvy
  • Enthusiastic about socially and economically friendly products
