We are seeking a people-focused Customer Experience Assistant Manager to join our luxury, sustainable jewelry company in King of Prussia! As the Assistant Manager, you will cultivate a culture of collaboration, optimism, and proactive problem-solving, while prioritizing customer satisfaction. Your leadership will drive the team to surpass sales targets, contributing to the business's expansion and each team member's professional development.

Customer Experience Assistant Manager Responsibilities:
- Assist the Retail Operations team in maintaining a luxury showroom environment.
- Guide our customers through diamond options and custom design decisions to create memorable experiences.
- Provide a truly customized luxury goods experience for our customers with private showroom appointments.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of business processes, priorities, and KPIs, disseminate information to the team, and closely supervise each team member.
- Develop a team schedule in conjunction with Workforce Operations Analysts to ensure coverage of all tasks and appointments.
- Participate in cross-functional projects in operations, merchandising, marketing, HR, and customer service.
Customer Experience Assistant Manager Qualifications:
- 2+ years of store leadership, keyholder experience, or retail management experience required
- BA degree preferred
- Dedicated to creating positive customer service experiences for all guests
- Well-versed in execution, problem-solving, and process improvement
- Recruit and grow high-performing, accountable teams
- Highly proficient CRM software experience
- Acceptance and understanding of diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging in the workplace
- Interest in socially and environmentally responsible business and product line
- Grand opening experience, huge plus
