Job Summary

We are a beloved company in Loudon County looking for a manager to join our Brewpub. We look for strong leaders that can self-manage, believe in amazing hospitality, and can build our brand and our team. The best part is no late nights ever, and always two days off in a row.
Brewpub Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of daily Brewpub operations
- Hire, train and develop a successful team
- Planning, marketing, and staffing special events
- Ensure all health and sanitation standards are being met or exceeded
Brewpub Manager Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of proven management experience
- Recent college graduates with Hospitality degrees are welcome to apply
- Experience selecting, training, performance management of staff, sales building, scheduling, and managing expenses
- Ability to frequently lift up to 50 pounds
