Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager Responsibilities include:
- Management, Execution, and Maintenance of overall E-Commerce business.
- B2B digital business and day-to-day operations.
- Proper site merchandising, promotions (email marketing).
- Ensuring content is up to date on the website.
- Enhance customers' experience online and effectively driving performance and growing sales.
- Must encompass site, ads, and brand materials for E-Commerce success.
- Must encompass graphic and website design online marketing fundamentals.
- Manage website enhancements, feature updates, image assets, and functionality.
- Find and access the E-Commerce marketing automation tools that work for the business and managing the processes and workflows in an automation platform like Marketo, Infusionsoft, or even MailChimp.
Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager Required Skills:
- Work closely with the Tech Developer and Marketing Manager to create branded and engaging content that speaks to brand and product attributes.
- Write and understand coding for posting articles in WordPress and develop marketing tools and reports.
- Create web pages that are easy for web crawlers to access.
- Generate online sales reports.
- Analyze trends in customer purchases, and evaluating changes in the online retail market to make good recommendations based on metric inputs and adjustments to improve ROI.
- Collect facts and statistics about how the company’s marketing performance
Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager Required Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree (marketing, information technology, and business).
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or web management
- Experience with platforms like (or similar to) Shopify, Magento 2.0 (preferred), and Big Commerce
- Proficient with MS Word programs.
- Knowledge and hands-on experience with Illustrator, HTML, SEO (search engine optimization), and ERP Data Integration
Hospitality Digital Marketing Manager Additional Required Skills:
- Strong analytical abilities and good decision-making skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, strong customer service skills, and effective writing and communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to address duties effectively and meet deadlines.
- Measure and optimize traffic flows and budgets to maximize the value of each session.
