Catering Sous Chef

We're seeking a Sous Chef with exceptional upscale to fine-dining cooking and plating techniques, you love sharing your experience with your team to grow, and you're thirsty for a new challenge. If this sounds like you, then you probably should apply!

Sous Chef Responsibilities:

• Ensure quality and our standards are always on point or better
• Responsible for health/sanitation of the kitchen
• Executing prep daily and working stations
• Planning execution of events and guest tastings
• BOH labor and food cost and staff development
• Maintaining a happy team!

Sous Chef Requirements:

• 2+ years as a Sous Chef in upscale to fine-dining
• Must have experience catering over 200 guests
• Basic administration skills: scheduling, ordering and cost control
• Timing is everything – can you get things done on time or before?
• Flexible availability
