General Liability Attorney Requirements:

• Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a general liability attorney
• Proven track record in handling complex litigation cases
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to conduct comprehensive legal research
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Admitted to practice law in Florida

General Liability Attorney Responsibilities:

• Assume significant responsibility in managing general liability cases
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
• Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
• Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
• Stay updated on relevant legal developments and maintain expertise in general liability law
