General Liability Attorney Requirements:
- Minimum of 6-9 years of experience as a general liability attorney
- Proven track record in handling complex litigation cases
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to conduct comprehensive legal research
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Admitted to practice law in Florida
General Liability Attorney Responsibilities:
- Assume significant responsibility in managing general liability cases
- Conduct thorough legal research and analysis
- Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, and trials
- Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and internal team members
- Provide strategic legal advice and counsel to clients
- Stay updated on relevant legal developments and maintain expertise in general liability law
