Upscale Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Continuously train and coach staff, providing support and feedback
- Ensure the highest level of service to our guests
- Run day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Staff scheduling
Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3+ years of management experience in a fine-dining or upscale-casual restaurant
- High-volume experience
- Understands quality and helps uphold standards
- Hands-on leadership mentality
