Our dynamic client is a growing precision machine manufacturing company that believes in high-quality workmanship and Amercian-based products. They are an innovative, fast-growing, production facility with clients in the Aerospace Industry currently searching for Plant Manager – Precision Machining to join their team.
Plant Manager – Precision Machining Benefits:

Plant Manager – Precision Machining Responsibilities & Requirements:
- 5+ years experience with machining and metal fabrication
- Lead the shop floor planning and production targets
- Advantageous to have experience with GDT, manufacturing engineering, and aerospace processes.
- Proficient in machine shop operations, tooling, and reading engineering drawings.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong mathematical abilities.
- Capable of reading CMM reports and adjusting product dimensions as necessary.
- Proactively seeks process optimization and variation reduction to improve production efficiency.
- Experience with ERP systems. JobBOSS a plus.
