CPA SENIOR TAX MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to work independently, taking the lead on tax preparation, research, and planning. Your role will involve researching and resolving tax issues, as well as maintaining strong client relationships through open and exceptional service. Collaboration with partners on tax issues and client projects will be essential, as well as effectively managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. While preferred, experience with Thomson Reuters suite (UltraTax for business reSENIOR TAX MANAGER – CPA SALARY & BENEFITS: turns and Accounting CS for bookkeeping) and Intuit Lacerte (for individual returns) is not required but would be beneficial to your role.
CPA SENIOR TAX MANAGER REQUIREMENTS:
To be considered for this position, an active CPA license is required, along with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. We are seeking a candidate with a minimum of 6 years of experience in public accounting, specifically in tax, and a proven ability to prepare and review individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns. Working knowledge of estate, trust, gift, and multi-state tax returns is also expected. As a self-starter, you should be capable of managing your own workload effectively. Strong client communication skills are essential for this role. Additionally, we are looking for someone who desires to grow with our nurturing firm, offering long-term opportunities for professional development.
