Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Manages dining room and FOH daily operations.
- Assists GM in ordering, scheduling, etc. as instructed by GM or Executive Chef.
- Helps oversee guest satisfaction and helps resolve issues as needed.
- Fills in where needed in order to make daily operations a success.
- Must be willing to both days and nights.
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- A natural leader who loves to give the guest an amazing experience.
- Ability to work independently and communicate effectively.
- Scratch kitchen background preferred.
- High-energy individual who wants to have fun and work in a fast-paced environment with plenty of room for advancement.
