Great opportunity to join a successful team of an established, innovative, multi-unit, multi-concept hotel and restaurant group seeking an enthusiastic Hotel Sales Manager.

Sales Manager's Responsibilities:
- Be a leader and a role model to all staff members
- Work independently to procure new and nurture existing accounts to book optimal group room blocks and group events that are strategically planned and executed
- Prospect new leads proactively and respond to all inquiries and requests for proposals promptly
- Sell group room blocks and meeting space in accordance with sales strategies to optimize business
- Ensure department compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and programs
Sales Manager’s Requirements:
- Have a professional, friendly, and helpful personality and be passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality with service, food and beverage
- 2 years of experience in an upscale hotel sales role
- Be a fantastic listener, collaborator, and detail-focused
- Positivity and out-of-the-box thinking required
- Proven track record in account engagement and financial performance
- Excels at communication, both verbal and written
- Flexible availability and willingness to work on a weekend day at certain times
- Well-organized, solution-oriented, and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate effectively and create excellent relationships with businesses in the community
- Proficiency in sales CRM and hotel PMS reservation systems.
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equal relevant industry experience
