Restaurant Manager's Requirements:

  • Exposure to sales volumes of $8 million-plus per year
  • Hands-on leadership style 
  • Detail focused, high energy, and guest satisfaction driven 
  • Strong liquor, wine, and beer knowledge and wine service skills  
  • Skilled in leading and developing one's team  
  • Effective and clear communication skills   
  • The desire to constantly improve both oneself and the restaurant 
  • Professional image & demeanor 

Restaurant Manager's Responsibilities:

  • Leadership presence and ability to make staff connections 
  • Always leads with hospitality
  • Manage day to day operations of the restaurant 
  • Mentor and develop staff through training and coaching 
  • Deliver feedback and hold the team accountable to all standards  
  • Consistent execution of all systems, standards, and processes
