Job Summary
New Store Opening!!! Come and be a part of the launch of an award winning BBQ event space in downtown Spartanburg.
The ideal candidate for the General Manager position must possess self-assurance and be capable of managing the escalating demands of a burgeoning new venture. They must also exhibit servant leadership qualities.
General Manager Responsibilities Include:
- Training and development of staff
- Build a customer-focused culture of hospitality
- Maintain food safety/sanitation standards
- Maintain store level budgets and reviewing P & Ls
- High energy and hands on leadership a must
Restaurant General Manager Requirements:
- 2+ years as a salaried general manager with solid tenure and upward movement
- Experience leading a team of managers in a 2 Million+ revenue full service environment
- Be comfortable with both kitchen and guest interactions
- Strong bar knowledge is a must
- New restaurant opening experience a plus
Restaurant General Manager Benefits
- Salary of 50k-60k DOE
- Vacation/time off benefits
