General Manager Requirements:
- Oversee all daily operations
- Provide high-level leadership – the ability to lead, inspire & motivate the team
- Manage all financials, HR, scheduling, payroll, budgeting, forecasting, costs, and inventory management
- Responsible for both FOH & catering as business demands
General Manager Qualifications:
- Must be hands-on & have proven, successful experience in high-end guest service
- Polished, well-spoken, professional, & have excellent communication skills
- Technology proficiency
- Must pass full background & drug test
