Your Responsibilities & Requirements
- Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
- Handle court appearances and hearings
- Assist in depositions
- Communicate with clients and provide reports
- Perform legal research
- Motion preparation
- JD from a recognized law school
- Admitted in Florida
- General defense experience (insurance defense, negligence, premises liability, automobile claims, personal injury claims, defense of insurer extracontractural/bad faith)
- Hit the ground running within a team-oriented environment
