Your Responsibilities & Requirements

  • Collaborate with other attorneys and partners on legal projects
  • Handle court appearances and hearings
  • Assist in depositions
  • Communicate with clients and provide reports
  • Perform legal research
  • Motion preparation
  • JD from a recognized law school
  • Admitted in Florida
  • General defense experience (insurance defense, negligence, premises liability, automobile claims, personal injury claims, defense of insurer extracontractural/bad faith)
  • Hit the ground running within a team-oriented environment
