Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily restaurant activities and team members
  • Conduct daily orders and maintain appropriate inventory levels of product 
  • Provide on-the-job training for associates
  • Resolve questions and problems for guests
  • Interview and recommend candidates for hiring, terminations, advancement, and promotion
  • Support the Director of Operations and/or Multi-Unit Manager in developing and implementing creative strategies to increase revenue

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar role with a high-volume restaurant
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a team, delegate, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Have the ability to adhere to brand standards and ensure standard operating procedures are in compliance
