Job Summary

A rapidly growing national franchise seeks a natural-born leader to join our team in order to hit the ground running! This Fast Casual concept is rapidly growing and looking for the next great General Manager to join their family and help open their next location! This concept combines great food with a chill, eclectic environment!

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team with passion to ensure guests receive an outstanding dining experience every day
  • Live and breathe our culture every day!
  • Provide mentoring, training, and coaching to all team members to help them realize their potential
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard all new team members
  • Hold yourself accountable to your team!
  • Monitor all food, liquor, and labor costs to maximize the profitability of your restaurant

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

  • Willing and able to do what is needed when it is needed
  • At least 2 years experience as a restaurant General Manager
  • Alcohol experience is a must!
  • Full understanding of P&L's
  • Passion to coach your team members so they can move to the next level
  • Ability to get down and dirty and work side by side with your team
  • New Restaurant Opening experience
