Job Summary
One of the strongest national fast food brands is seeking a General Manager to join our team in the Des Moines, Iowa metro!

General Manager Responsibilities:
- Training and development of staff and management team
- Building a team environment by role modeling hospitality
- Maintaining food safety/sanitation standards
- Meeting or exceeding the restaurant budget
General Manager Qualifications:
- Recent fast food General Manager or Assistant General Manager experience
- Ability and desire to work a flexible schedule including days/nights/weekends
- Basic computer skills
- Current ServSafe Certification a plus
