Job Summary

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all Corporate Event management functions including working with Sales, Culinary, Guest, and Audio Visual departments to ensure guest expectations are exceeded
  • Coordinate all event activities and personnel
  • Distribute all meeting information and supplies to attending personnel
  • Calculate and propose budgets for planned events or meetings
  • Research and identify successful event opportunities
  • Maintain stock of event supplies

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Culinary degree or applicable work experience
  • 3-5 years practical experience required in both high volume and fine dining establishments, event banquet functions
  • New, current, and fresh ideas to bring to the table  
  • Luxury segment experience preferred
  • Previous experience in event planning or other related fields
  • Strong project management skills
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work well in teams
