We are seeking an energetic and driven Assistant General Manager for an upscale casual dining high-volume restaurant in the city. Our client is situated in a century-old building with unique charm. Assistant General Manager Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, mentor, and develop FOH team/s
- Financial accountability, inventory management, vendor & supplier relations
- Work closely with GM to oversee daily operations of the restaurant and venue
- Create a positive and collaborative work culture
Assistant General Manager Qualifications
- 3+ years of full-service restaurant management experience. Must have experience working in an upscale casual dining environment with a volume of 5M or higher
- Experience running and managing events in addition to the restaurant clientele
- Strong leadership ability, attention to detail, and success in leading veteran teams
- Ability to learn quickly and work effectively without a lot of structure
- Desire to work hard and passion for restaurants
