Job Summary
We are searching for a Manager of IT Enterprise Systems to join an established agency and take a leading role in bridging the gap between internal IT personnel, external partners, analysts, technicians, and engineers. The ideal candidate must have a proven record of finding ways to improve and optimize systems.
Manager IT Enterprise Systems Responsibilities:
- Manage the architecture, design, and build of the cloud (MS Azure) and on-premises enterprise systems.
- Ensure all services are resilient, available, healthy, and performing well.
- Collaborate across internal business teams, cross-functional stakeholders, application owners, DevOps, and vendor partners to support operations and program services.
- Provide subject matter expertise, service management, and a high level of internal consulting support to all business divisions.
Manager IT Enterprise Systems Requirements
- Experience Preferred 5 years
- BA or MA degree in computer sciences preferred,
- Expertise in program and project management.
- Supervise the IT data analytics analysts.
- Manage all enterprise system patching and maintenance.
