Restaurant Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • Supervise staff to follow all standards
  • Mastery of all recipes
  • Ability to maintain all food safety and sanitation standards
  • Mentor, train, and motivate team daily
  • Some P&L knowledge is a plus
  • Community focused and guest minded

Restaurant Manager Benefits and Compensation:

  • Salary up to $55K
  • Vacation accrual from day 1 / Earn up to 2 weeks and 4 days your first year
