Assistant Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

  • Hire, train and develop team
  • Experience ordering and conducting inventory counts
  • Build rapport with guests – they will soon be regulars!
  • Kitchen experience or training is important
  • Positive attitude, proactive problem-solver, passionate leader
  • Motivation to excel

Assistant Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

  • No more than 2 jobs in the past 5 years – 5+ years' management experience
  • Hands-on with guests and team – no clipboard management
  • Strong leadership qualities – communication and flexibility are HUGE
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong P&L Knowledge – cost controls
  • Bar Experience HUGE plus
