Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:
- Accountable for ensuring assigned area of responsibility is meeting expectations
- Setting clear priorities for your team and driving execution to achieve desired results
- Ensure each staff member is performing their duties and meeting expectations of their job responsibilities
- Provide leadership, coaching, and guidance to the entire restaurant team through people development and coaching best practices
Restaurant Manager Qualifications:
- 3 years+ of full-service management experience
- High Volume experience is a must
- Most recent background experience preferred in polished casual dining
- Experienced with leading food handling compliance
- Hands-on when required and able to multi-task within restaurant operations
- Team building and a spirit of collaboration management style
- Wine and Spirits knowledge is highly preferred
