A successful group is seeking a Full-Service Hotel General Manager to oversee daily operations. We are looking for a hands-on leader that puts their team first and executes the highest level of guest service. Hotel General Manager Responsibilities:

  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and innovation
  • Monitor guest feedback and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction
  • Analyze financial statements and take corrective action when necessary to ensure profitability
  • Develop and maintain relationships with ownership, guests, suppliers, and community leaders
  • Implement strategies to achieve revenue and occupancy goals

Hotel General Manager Requirements:

  • Minimum of four years experience as a Full-Service Hotel General Manager
  • Experience managing for a major branded family of hotels such as Marriott, Hilton, Holiday Inn, or Hyatt
  • Strong financial acumen
  • Strong Food & Beverage knowledge and experience
  • Proven ability to hire, train and manage team members
  • Great hands-on customer service and employee relations skills
  • Must be highly motivated and results-driven
