Our client is an established engineering firm seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to plan, schedule, and monitor project performance metrics from concept to customer. Ideal candidates will possess relevant experience with engineering and/or construction projects, and the creation of work breakdown structures. Apply today to join this dynamic team!

Project Controls Specialist – Construction Responsibilities

  • Leads the creation of work breakdown structures, schedule development, and associated budgeting
  • Deploys earned value management methodology
  • Develops P6 Level 4 schedules, analyzes unit rates and provides risk assessments to management
  • Compiles and analyzes cost and schedule performance data for analysis
  • Participates in the project close-out process, including supplier/subcontractor performance evaluations

Project Controls Specialist – Construction Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or business
  • 5+ years of relevant project control experience with engineering and/or construction projects
  • Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner P6 is required
  • Detailed and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Project Controls Specialist – Construction Compensation & Benefits

  • Annual base salary range of $70K – $100K, based upon experience
