Our client is an established engineering firm seeking an experienced Project Controls Specialist to plan, schedule, and monitor project performance metrics from concept to customer. Project Controls Specialist – Construction Responsibilities

• Leads the creation of work breakdown structures, schedule development, and associated budgeting
• Deploys earned value management methodology
• Develops P6 Level 4 schedules, analyzes unit rates and provides risk assessments to management
• Compiles and analyzes cost and schedule performance data for analysis
• Participates in the project close-out process, including supplier/subcontractor performance evaluations

Project Controls Specialist – Construction Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in engineering, construction management, or business
• 5+ years of relevant project control experience with engineering and/or construction projects
• Proficiency with Primavera Project Planner P6 is required
• Detailed and data-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Project Controls Specialist – Construction Compensation & Benefits

• Annual base salary range of $70K – $100K, based upon experience
