Job Summary
We are looking for energetic and strategically driven individuals for a growing fast-casual concept. This restaurant brand is centered in the Atlanta Metro area and focuses on fresh ingredients, light fare, laughter, and authenticity. If you believe that attitude is everything, APPLY NOW!
Associate Operating Partner Role & Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing overall operations of the unit (Service, Production, Catering, etc.) – Operational Leader
- Work with new hires to complete orientation, onboarding, and training plans
- Responsible for cash management and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain building, equipment, and all assets
- Uphold all brand standards
