Associate Operating Partner Role & Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing overall operations of the unit (Service, Production, Catering, etc.) – Operational Leader
• Work with new hires to complete orientation, onboarding, and training plans
• Responsible for cash management and accurate financial reporting
• Maintain building, equipment, and all assets 
• Uphold all brand standards
