Restaurant Front of House Supervisor

We are currently seeking a Front of House Supervisor to join our growing team! This local restaurant is looking for a hospitality-minded and hands-on Restaurant FOH Supervisor who is eager to develop their career. This could be a part-time or full-time position:

Qualifications for Front of House Supervisor:

• Minimum 2 years of management experience in a bar or full-service restaurant.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and achieve results.
• Understanding of business operations and upholding standards.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities of Front of House Supervisor:

• Hands-on management approach and willingness to assist.
• Comfortable with coaching and maintaining standards.
• Ability to foster relationships and build a strong team.
• Energetic, positive, and dedicated to hospitality.
• Remains composed under pressure and maintains a guest-focused approach at all times.
