Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee staff.
- Ensure a high quality of guest satisfaction.
- Train staff to ensure success.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs.
- Create a positive work environment by bringing energy to the job daily.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in fast-casual and family dining is a plus.
- The ability to lead and work with a team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stressful environment.
- The ability to think on your feet.
