Restaurant Area Manager Requirements:

• Minimum volume requirement: 6+ units / $1M+ AUV
• Regional P&L accountability with the ability to identify and correct cost area opportunities
• The ability to lead and foster great teams within a region
• The ability to develop great people into great leaders
