We are seeking a full-time Sous Chef to join our team in Greensboro, Georgia. If you are seeking an opportunity to grow your career, we would love to speak with you
Sous Chef Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a Sous Chef
- Professional in appearance and conduct and works well under pressure
- Experience in either a high-end private club, full-service hotel/resort or restaurant
- Highly motivated to learn and grow with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organization skills
Sous Chef Duties:
- Supports the Executive Chef in managing the team and providing exceptional dining experiences
- Maintains the highest standards of food preparation and execution
- Deliver feedback constructively and lead by example
- Comply with all laws and regulations governing foodservice operations
