Quick Service Assistant General Benefits

Quick Service Assistant General Requirements

  • 3+ years of Assistant General Manager experience in a QSR or Fast-Casual concept
  • Leadership mindset
  • Ability to work on your feet with energy and enthusiasm
  • A natural passion for people development and the ability to retain top talent
  • Strong financial acumen and focus on customer service



Quick Service Assistant General Responsibilities:

  • Usage of Food Ordering System
  • Manage a large Team
  • Read P&L statements
  • Make schedule
  • Training and Development of team
