Franchise Operations Consultant Responsibilities:
- Brand Champion for all corporate standards
- Owner/Operator mentality!
- Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, customer service, and profitability
- Lead performance at high levels, working through team and owning results
- Support all training
Franchise Operations Consultant Requirements:
- Significant and recent brand QSR experience at the multi-unit level
- 3+ years Training and Development in a comparable background
- Subject Matter Expert on all PACE/ Operations Excellence Initiatives
- Great tenure and career progression
- ServSafe certified (Proctor preferred)
- Hamburger University degree
