Franchise Operations Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Brand Champion for all corporate standards
  • Owner/Operator mentality!
  • Maintain standards of excellence in food quality, customer service, and profitability
  • Lead performance at high levels, working through team and owning results
  • Support all training

Franchise Operations Consultant Requirements:

  • Significant and recent brand QSR experience at the multi-unit level
  • 3+ years Training and Development in a comparable background
  • Subject Matter Expert on all PACE/ Operations Excellence Initiatives
  • Great tenure and career progression
  • ServSafe certified (Proctor preferred)
  • Hamburger University degree
