Sous Chef Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Creativity required – Chefs invent new menu content and create specialized event menus and drink pairings
• Write schedules for kitchen staff for maximum performance and efficiency
• Deliver high-level training to the team
• Maintain professional environment – working equipment, cleanliness, and following all brand standards

Sous Chef Qualifications and Abilities:

• 2+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume polished casual or fine dining
• Ability to work in a high-stress environment
