Sous Chef Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creativity required – Chefs invent new menu content and create specialized event menus and drink pairings
- Write schedules for kitchen staff for maximum performance and efficiency
- Deliver high-level training to the team
- Maintain professional environment – working equipment, cleanliness, and following all brand standards
Sous Chef Qualifications and Abilities:
- 2+ years of progressive experience in a high-volume polished casual or fine dining
- Ability to work in a high-stress environment
