This growing franchise group is seeking Restaurant General Managers for their higher quality fast-food restaurants. This is a great opportunity to grow with a thriving company that trains and develops its managers and is growing rapidly throughout the East Coast.

Restaurant General Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee all facets of the restaurant

• Train, develop, and mentor staff (Lead by example)

• Manage day-to-day operations

• Ensure high-quality standards and customer service

• Ensure high morale and performance are maintained

Restaurant General Manager Qualifications:

• Passionate about delivering a great dining experience and growing your team

• 3+ years of management experience

• 2+ years' GM experience in fast food/restaurant or fast-casual concept

• Experience managing 20 or more team members

• Ability to work a minimum of 48 hours a week
