We are looking for an upscale restaurant General Manager to join our team. We are focused on excellent quality ingredients with a strong wine program. Our ideal candidate has risen through the ranks in upscale or fine dining and is ready to take the next step in their career.

Restaurant General Manager Requirements:

• 3-5 years of leadership overseeing and training the team 
• Exposure to sales volumes of $4 million per year
• History of excellent guest service
• Very strong wine knowledge and experience
• Must have experience in upscale or fine-dining

Restaurant General Manager Expectations:

• Leadership presence and ability to hold others accountable
• Models hospitality and delivers service excellence to all guests
• Strong organizational skills and admin abilities
• Work with the team to continuously develop our wine program
• Inventory control and ordering
