Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounting Supervisor – Business Management for a growing CPA-Wealth Management and Business Management Firm in Encino, CA. You will be analyzing client books, preparing financial reports, assisting in setting up work papers for the tax department, and providing client services
Accounting Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Reviewing, analyzing, and preparing financial statements
- Preparing various financial reports (earnings requirements, financial plans, ETC)
- Prepare work papers for 1099s and city-related business taxes
- Approving invoices
Accounting Supervisor Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of supervisory experience
- 3-5 years of experience in preparation of income tax returns
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field
- CPA or CFP license a plus
- Prior experience in a CPA or Business Management Firm is a must
- Knowledge of Datafaction and AgilLink is a plus
- Knowledge of CCH Access Tax is a plus
- Knowledge of BNA income tax planner and Quickbooks is a plus
