We are looking for a Project Manager in Construction specializing in Underground Utilities! Do you have experience with Public Construction Projects and underground utilities (water, storm and sewer)? Are you or have you been a successful Project Manager with a proven track record of success running several projects? Project Manager Construction-Underground Utilities (wet) Responsibilities:

• Ensure that the project is performing well, on time, and within budget from permit to close
• Handle all aspects of vendors, sub-contractors, materials, traffic plans, crews and equipment needs
• Time sheets, daily reports, schedules, change orders, daily billing/transactions
• Permits, production rates, potential issues and cost spreadsheets
• Attend scheduled meetings and communicate with owners, clients, inspectors and subs

Project Manager Construction-Underground Utilities (wet) Requirements:

• 5+ years as a Project Manager
• Experience with Public/Municipal projects and underground utilities (water, stormwater, and wastewater)
• A positive attitude, good written and verbal communication skills, ability to lead others in a professional manner
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft word, Excel, etc)
