Job Summary
A new restaurant concept seeks an experienced Head Pizza Chef. The ideal candidate is one who is driven, enthusiastic, and creative, along with a desire to train and develop your team! If you are passionate, inspiring, ambitious, and thrive on taking care of people, we want to talk to you today.
Head Pizza Chef Responsibilities:
- Focus on hospitality and guest experience
- Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
- Willingness to "do what it takes" and be hands-on throughout shifts to assist in any area of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate your team members
- Collaborate and evaluate menu items
Head Pizza Chef Qualifications:
- 3-5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, and a desire to develop and grow in your career
- Integrity and professionalism
- Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
- Focus on hospitality and guest experience
- Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment
