Head Pizza Chef Responsibilities:

  • Focus on hospitality and guest experience
  • Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
  • Willingness to "do what it takes" and be hands-on throughout shifts to assist in any area of the restaurant
  • Lead and motivate your team members
  • Collaborate and evaluate menu items

Head Pizza Chef Qualifications:

  • 3-5+ years of restaurant leadership experience, and a desire to develop and grow in your career
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Ensure consistency and quality in food presentation and timing
  • Focus on hospitality and guest experience
  • Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a high-pressure work environment
